I was really impressed with the ingredients list when I first saw it. There are no proprietary blends, so you know exactly how much of each ingredient you’re getting. The formula is fully disclosed, which is something I always look for in a supplement. There are some really great ingredients in here, like Beta-Alanine, L-Citrulline, and Bitter Orange Extract. I’ve used products with these ingredients before and they work.

 The taste was really good too. I’ve had some pre workout supplements that were absolutely horrible, but Thavage (Cbum pre workout) tastes great. It mixes well and doesn’t leave any nasty residues in your shaker bottle.

 As for results, I definitely felt more energetic and focused during my workout when I used Cbum pre workout. I had more stamina and was able to push myself harder than usual. I’m very impressed with this product and will definitely be using it again in the future.

Mr. Hyde pre workout comes in a powder form that you mix with water, and it’s available in a variety of flavors including Blue Raspberry, Fruit Punch, Green Apple, and Watermelon. We tested the Blue Raspberry flavor, and we were pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted. Most pre-workout supplements have an unpleasant, chalky taste, but Mr. Hyde was refreshing and didn’t leave us feeling bloated like some other powders do.

 As for its energy-boosting claims, Mr. Hyde delivers. Within minutes of drinking it, we could feel our heart rate picking up and our muscles starting to feel more alert and ready to work. We had plenty of energy to power through our workout, and we didn’t experience any sort of crash afterward like we sometimes do with other pre-workouts. Overall, we were impressed with the performance of Mr. Hyde and would recommend it to anyone looking for a little extra boost before hitting the gym.
