Hello! 👋 Train Fitness is the first app to automatically track your reps and sets at the gym, using only the motion of your watch! Think Strava, but for weightlifting, yoga, pilates, etc. If you haven’t already, you can check the app out here.

To grow, we need data from exercise demos for our AI to “learn” what any given exercises look like. This is where you come in! If you are someone who loves to work out and has some experience lifting weights, then keep reading…

👝 What do you need?

  • iPhone
  • Apple Watch Series 4 or higher
  • Wifi or Cellular Data

 

🏋️‍♀️ How to get Started:

1️⃣ Download the Train Demo app:

  • To download the app, you will first have to download TestFlight, Apple’s beta testing software
  • Once you have TestFlight installed, click here to download the Train Exercise Demo App
  • Open your watch app and install watch to app (only some watch models will require this step)

2️⃣ Use the Train Demo app:

  • Select which exercise to calibrate
  • Sets: 3 full sets to complete a Demo for an exercise
  • Reps: 8 to 12 reps per sets
  • Weight: The usual weight you lift at the gym
  • Video: The filming of the exercise should include the watch in the frame
