Iron Kingdom Supplements – As someone who has been taking supplements for a few years now, it’s always a challenge to find flavours you won’t get bored of and actually tastes good and mixes well with water. Which is why I really loved Iron Kingdom’s supplements!

This past week, I was given the opportunity to try out Iron Kingdom’s plant-based protein in the Peanut Butter Milkshake flavour, their pre-workout in White Freezie flavour, as well as their Sleep + Build Supplement. As someone who has been taking supplements for a few years now, it’s always a challenge to find flavours you won’t get bored of and actually tastes good and mixes well with water. I’m quite picky with flavour and macronutrient ratios for supplements, and Iron Kingdom’s supplements did not disappoint!

    Plant-Based Protein

Plant-Based Protein in Peanut Butter Milkshake Flavour

    Flavour: 10/10

This plant-based protein is honestly the first one I’ve tried that hasn’t tasted chalky or didn’t mix well with water, which tends to be the case with most plant-based protein powders. I’m personally lactose intolerant and I generally stuck with whey isolates since they sit relatively okay with my stomach, but this one not only tasted amazing, but it had 20 grams of protein per scoop without containing any lactose. I loved that this protein powder didn’t clump it, or have a chalky texture, and nailed the Peanut Butter Milkshake spot-on!

I even combined it with a banana and dates the other day and it tasted amazing!

    Pre-Workout

    Pre-Workout in White Freezie Flavour

I honestly consume a LOT of caffeine on a daily basis, whether that be through coffee, tea, or pre-workout, and have grown a high tolerance to it. After trying out this pre-workout for one whole week, it’s easily become one of my favourite pre-workouts! With 2 scoops, it gives me a great boost of energy without the jitteriness or tingly feeling that other pre-workouts tend to give, and the flavor was SPOT ON! Genuinely gave me a flashback for Sports Day and summer barbecues, eating those freezies as a kid.

    Sleep + Build Supplement

Sleep + Build Overnight Anabolic Enhancer

It usually takes me quite some time to fall asleep on a regular basis, and I often opt to take melatonin to help sleep faster. What I loved about this supplement is that it doesn’t contain any synthetic melatonin, but it still helped me fall asleep faster, and that it’s also an anabolic enhancer that works overnight.

I’ve only taken this for a week so far so I can’t say much regarding the muscle building enhancement, but I can say that it helped me improve my sleep over the past couple days, which in turn improved my workouts and overall energy levels!

    Final Thoughts

Honestly, I feel like Iron Kingdom might be my next one-stop shop for all my supplements, and can’t wait to try more of their flavors! I’ve jumped around so many different brands for protein and pre-workout, and I think this might be my new favourite and go-to for all my supplements.
